Order and delivery terms and conditions

Product prices include VAT 24%. We reserve the right to make price change prices. Orders are usually shipped the next business day after ordering, provided that the product is in stock. The delivery time is usually 1-2 days within Finland and 2-7 days abroad. During exceptionally busy periods, such as during Christmas and strikes, etc., the delivery time may be extended. If the product is out of stock, it will be stated in the product information.

Delivery methods

1) Matkahuolto – the Matkahuolto office closest to the customer’s place of residence. Enter the info in the field if you want the package to be sent to a particular Matkahuolto pickup point.

2) Postipaketti – the closest post office to the customer’s office / house. Enter the info in the field if you want the package to be sent to a particular postal pick-up point.

PayTrail – Direct bank payments and instalments of different banks, as well as debit and credit card payments.

Returns / cancellations

Product returns via Post or Matkahuolto, usually through the same vendor as they were sent.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days under consumer protection law without providing any special reason. Once the product has been used, it cannot be returned. The amount paid will be credited to your account within 30 days if the account number is communicated to us and a copy of the receipt is attached to the shipment. Please note that the product you return must be in its original condition, in its original packaging and unused. However, if the return does not include all of the supplied products or is in poor condition due to the customer, we will generally deduct 30% -50% of the sale price as damages.

When returning a product, please include our receipt and your account number. Also, when making a return, let us know by letter, email or phone why the product was not fit for purpose. Or in so far as there is a problem with the product, please indicate any replacement requests. Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the reason for the return is due to a defective product.
